When you are satisfied that HDP 2.0 is successfully functioning with the data maintained from the HDP 1.3 cluster, finalize the upgrade.

After you have finalized the upgrade, you cannot revert to your HDP 1.3 cluster. |
To finalize the upgrade, execute the following command:
> hadoop dfsadmin -finalizeUpgradeTroubleshooting HDP 2.0 service start
